The hotel is located right on the beautiful beach with friendly staff, clean rooms, and great views. However, the dining experience could improve, especially regarding breakfast options.
The hotel offered a room with an obstructed ocean view and lacked a balcony we were expecting to enjoy. On the plus side, we had a room with a sea view terrace, but it felt cramped with two separate small beds.
The hotel is in a lovely location right on the beach, offering a great spot for relaxation and beach activities. The rooms were kept spotless by the housekeeping team, ensuring a comfortable stay with all necessary amenities provided. However, some areas like the rooms are a bit outdated, which could use a refresh. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were instances where certain guests seemed to receive preferential treatment. The dining options were decent overall, with some waiting required for the better choices. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a convenient and enjoyable stay.
The hotel in the neighboring GR Caribe was a comfortable stay with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The rooms were clean and provided essential amenities like a refrigerator stocked with water, sodas, and beers, along with a coffee maker and iron. However, the schedule for dining and services such as airport shuttle could be improved.
I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The room I had was nice and clean, and I even got an upgrade to some kind of a suite with a separate room and a huge balcony that offered a magnificent ocean view. The spotless room had a great view of the ocean, which was exactly what I needed being close to the airport.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, right on the beach with exceptional staff. However, the room had some issues like loud noises from neighbors and thin walls. The service was below par with rude staff and disruptive mic use. Dining options were limited, but the pool area was top-notch.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The noise in the rooms was a bit bothersome, but the presence of a balcony and hot tub was a nice touch. The ongoing construction work in the area was a positive change. However, the lack of balconies or windows that open was a downside.
